We do not claim by way of our non invasive visual inspection that we will identify all possible costs/future costs associated with the property but endeavour to report on any findings which we do identify.We will source a maximum cap of ten properties that specifically match your requirements for the flat fee of £500. Where you as the buyer based on our findings decide to submit a revised offer, then our fee is 20% in the difference between your initial and revised offer or the acceptance offer. You also agree to a We Find Your Home advertisement board to be placed in the grounds of the property indicating a saving was made upon purchase for at least a month after completion.
